I’m incredibly proud to welcome you to 6Throne.

The first thing people learn about me is that family is everything, so when I set out to create 6Throne Barbershop, the first thing I wanted was a family atmosphere, where everyone feels welcome. That is what 6Throne Barbershop is all about.

​

Having lived in Rapid City for 22 years, I headed to Denver, CO to attend Emily Giffith Technical College. After earning my Barber License, I knew it was time to come back home to the Black Hills and start something new – a “new age” styled barbershop in the heart of downtown Rapid City.  I wanted it to have an old school feel with a modern twist that offers today’s gentlemen a setting where they can sit back, relax and experience high quality men’s grooming services. When a client walks out of our front door, I want them to feel elevated in every way possible.

My goal is that 6Throne Barbershop continues to grow and change, but one thing it will never lose is the classic barbershop feel. It’s a trusted place where the clients in our community can come to relax their minds, feel good about themselves, and network and connect with their friends, other clients, and fellow barbers in the shop.

 

I love when 6Throne Barbershop is full of people - people of all kinds - different types of men, women, and families. When I can glance up from the client I’m cutting and I can see the camaraderie, friendship, and culture that is Black Hills Barbershop live right in front of my eyes, I feel an enormous sense of pride. This is 6Throne Barbershop. It’s bigger than me, our other amazing barbers, and our shop. It’s all of you.
